    Pennsylvania justices set voter ID law review

    Pennsylvania's highest court Tuesday told a lower court that it should stop a tough new voter photo identification law from taking effect in this year's presidential election if the judge concludes voters cannot easily get ID cards or thinks they will be disenfranchised.

    ID law could impact 10 percent of Pennsylvania voters

    Nearly 10 percent of Pennsylvania's registered voters do not have photo identification cards from the state transportation department, and could be ineligible to vote in November under the state's new Republican-backed voter ID law.
