'Your papers, please' must never be heard in America
There was a time not too long ago when the U.S. women could roll over opponents even when the Americans were far from at their best.

As Europe's fifth-place team, Italy knew it would have to face a squad from the Caribbean or North or Central America for the final spot in next summer's women's World Cup. Mexico, perhaps. Or Costa Rica. Maybe even Canada.
"It's a big problem for us," Ghedin said. "It's very important for us, and she cannot play. I tried to recover her, but it's not possible."
She returned to training this week, but Ghedin said it's "impossible" for her to play.
