Obama acts as though we no longer have a Constitution
Mexicans are seething over the second death of a fellow citizen at the hands of U.S. Border Patrol agents in two weeks, an incident near downtown El Paso that is threatening to escalate tensions over migrant issues.
He said there also are numerous underground sensors around the bridges that alert agents to area traffic.
"Obviously, this is where technology and the experience of our agents comes into play," Mr. Cordero said. "Do we have to pay more attention here? Yes, because we're talking seconds that they can get in."
