Jeremy Piven, who played uber-Hollywood agent Ari Gold on the series "Entourage," is moving uptown to PBS' "Masterpiece."
The PBS program "Masterpiece" is marking its 40th year in style.
"The addition of these characters can only mean more delicious drama, which is what `Downton Abbey' is all about," said "Masterpiece" executive producer Rebecca Eaton.
"We want to make sure we don't do something with 'Downton' that will hurt it in the long run," she said — which, for now, extends to the drama's fourth season set to air on "Masterpiece," its co-producer with Carnival Films.
