The Restaurant Opportunities Center of New York (ROC-NY) is a not-for-profit organization founded in New York City in memory of the 73 restaurant workers who were killed in the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001. ROC-NY was founded by restaurant workers who survived the attacks to provide support for the displaced workers, including undocumented immigrants. These workers had worked in restaurants in the WTC, including in the Windows on the World restaurant located on its top floors. - Source: Wikipedia
