A man who sought help for a shooting victim at a Capitol Heights fire station — dropping the man off at the station and then fleeing — has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with his death, police said Wednesday.
Prince George's County police are investigating the circumstances of a fatal shooting after a gunshot victim was dropped off at a Capitol Heights fire station early Friday.
