Nevada's "none of these candidates" voting option will be on the November ballot following an emergency stay sought by the secretary of state's office and granted by a federal appeals court.
Nevada's "none of the above" voting option was struck down Wednesday by a federal judge, who ruled the state's decades-old ballot alternative was unconstitutional because votes for "none" don't count in the final tallies that determine winners.

"I don't buy your arguments that it isn't a vote, because it is a vote," Judge Jones said.
