    Samsung Electronics Co. Chairman Lee Kun-hee remained hospitalized in stable condition Monday after being treated for a heart attack, company officials said.

    Apple versus Samsung case goes to California jury

    After listening to a month's worth of testimony from expert witnesses hired by Apple and Samsung as well as executives from each company, a Silicon Valley jury of four men and four women were tasked with sorting out the latest legal dispute over technology between the world's two largest smartphone makers.

    It was Apple versus Samsung but Google loomed large Tuesday during closing arguments at the monthlong federal trial involving claims of patent infringement exchanged by the world's two largest smartphone makers.
