    The Blue House, at 4951 Rockwood Parkway NW in the District, provides the setting for the 2012 DC Design House, but it's the interior designers who add the pizzazz.


  • The grounds at this year's DC Design House, in the Forest Hills neighborhood, have been restored with a koi pond, pea-gravel paths and a lawn terrace. The house will be open to the public beginning Saturday.
