A Colorado judge won't release a court document outlining the sexual assault allegations against Denver Broncos cornerback Perrish Cox.
A judge said Friday she wouldn't release a court document detailing sexual assault allegations against Denver Broncos cornerback Perrish Cox because the investigation is ongoing.
A judge on Thursday ordered the release of a criminal complaint in a sexual assault case against Denver Broncos cornerback Perrish Cox but said a second document must remain sealed for now.
Douglas County Judge Susanna Meissner-Cutler also said the document contains medical reports and statements by people interviewed by police, along with unspecified information that wouldn't be allowed at a possible trial.
She also said she didn't want to subject the alleged victim to harassment and wanted to protect Cox's right to a fair trial.
