Obama acts as though we no longer have a Constitution
The Beltway Boys was an internationally syndicated American weekly television show. The title referred to the Capital Beltway — the circumferential freeway surrounding Washington, D.C. (see Inside the Beltway) — and to the two journalists who hosted the show: Mort Kondracke and Fred Barnes. Airing initially in the United States on Saturday evenings at 6:00 pm ET on the Fox News Channel, the program was a weekly digest and discussion of political issues. Fred Barnes is now best-known as co-host with Morton Kondracke of "The Beltway Boys" on the Fox News Channel, but he's spent more than three decades as a reporter and editor. A University of Virginia graduate, Mr. Barnes began his career at the Charleston (S.C.) News and Courier before joining the staff of the Washington Star in 1979. He was later a reporter for the Baltimore Sun, and was an editor and White House correspondent for the New Republic until 1995, when he became a founding editor of Weekly Standard magazine.
