Obama acts as though we no longer have a Constitution

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton promised Libya's fledgling government more U.S. support during an unannounced visit to Tripoli on Tuesday, as toppled dictator Moammar Gadhafi remained at large and his forces held out in his hometown of Sirte.

U.S. military, intelligence and diplomatic agencies are quietly making plans to secure elements of Col. Moammar Gadhafi's expansive arsenal of weapons as his regime nears collapse and is under fire from rebels seeking to expand control over the Libyan capital.

Dismissing concerns over possible links between Libyan rebels and al Qaeda, the Obama administration has notified Congress it is providing $25 million in nonlethal aid to the rebels' effort to drive Col. Moammar Gadhafi's regime from power.
