  • Challenges coming from every angle

Everything points to a tough night for the 6-7 Washington Redskins. They've lost four of their past five games. Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor was shot and critically wounded early this morning at his South Florida home, according to Miami-Dade Police and the team.

  • Harvest Feast distributes holiday cheer

The Washington Redskins hosted Harvest Feast yesterday at FedEx Field in Landover. The event provides Thanksgiving baskets to Prince George's County residents in need. Yesterday, redskins players joined hundreds of volunteers to help distribute 3,000 bags of food.

  • SEEN AND HEARD AT FEDEX FIELD

*This wasn't the normal parking lot atmosphere for an Eagles-Redskins game. There were fewer Philadelphia fans than in previous years, when the Eagles were at the top of the NFC East. The most interesting sight of the morning was a Redskins fan decked out in a vintage coach's sweater (the one Joe Gibbs wore for the Super Bowl win over Denver) zooming around in a motorized cooler. It even had a cup holder.
