Michael Harris Homes is building 31 single-family homes on quarter-acre sites at Chestnut Lodge in Rockville, on the 21-acre site of the former Woodlawn Hotel. The site includes historic buildings that are being renovated as part of the community, which will have pocket parks and sidewalks.
