GAO report details latest in over a decade of nuclear security mismanagement

From the 2004 loss of lab keys in Los Alamos, New Mexico to the 2012 break-in at the Y-12 facility in Tennessee—orchestrated by an 82-year-old nun—U.S. handling of nuclear materials is plagued by security lapses.
