Evangelicals OK civil disobedience

OK ... you saw it here first; here is the text of the "Manhattan Declaration," a statement to be revealed at the National Press Club in about an hour that sets out the conditions under which evangelicals should undertake civil disobedience in response to the Obama administration, among other things.

I will be posting an article later detailing the names of all the signers -- said to number more than 100 from Orthodox, Catholic and evangelical traditions, and there's a star cast said to be lined up Friday at the press club to talk about it all. See whether you think this is a declaration of war -- of a sort. The signers will be listed here.
