DENVER Team Obama announced this morning that the new ticket will leave Denver and hit the road on the campaign trail.

Since Labor Day kicks off the traditional start of the general election, Sen. Barack Obama and Sen. Joe Biden will have no time to waste before polls open Nov. 4.

The “On the Road to Change” bus tour will stop first in Pennsylvania on Friday. The senators - stumping together for the first time - also will stop in Ohio and Michigan.

A campaign release says they will “meet with voters to discuss America’s economic challenges and the Obama/Biden blueprint for change.

Obama himself campaigns in Montana today - his sixth visit to the swing state - and will touch down in Denver early this evening.
