Morning basketball

It's been another long day for Sir Scribble and it continues in a few minutes at the basketball arena, which was about 40-minute ride straight south from the Main Press Center. The USA (1-0) faces Angola at 8 a.m. DC time. I figured this would be a good chance to check out the Americans since swimming and gymnastics are consuming so much of my time. The Americans cruised by China the other night and figure to do the same. The U.S. received a huge ovationwhen they trotted onto the floor a few minutes ago.
