The Memphis Commercial Appeal has a story about Bass enrolling at Memphis. He'll be with the Tigers when camp starts next month.
The Tigers, by the way, will be replacing two-year starter Martin Hankins at quarterback this fall, likely with junior college transfer Arkelon Hall or senior Will Hudgens.
