Connecticut is No. 1.

So, no, I’m not a crazy Memphis voter. Besides, the Tigers are probably worthy of a No. 2 seed regardless of how lousy Conference USA continues to be.

Maryland is about where it was a week ago – just inside the top 40, holding steady while nearly everyone else managed a split last week, too.

So I don’t have the Terps ranked, and neither does anyone else at this point.
