Heard from more than a couple fans this summer wondering when just when "Terrapins Rising" --- an annual series that chronicles the Maryland football team's offseason --- would debut.
Turns out, the third season of Terrapins Rising (or, as some folks prefer, Terrapin Risings) will start Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. on Comcast SportsNet and will remain in that time slot through Sept. 1.
(That might not be the best possible premiere date; after all, it will go head-to-head with the MLB All-Star Game. Of course, that isn't exactly the midsummer highlight it once was, so maybe it isn't so bad).
It is shortened from past years --- down to eight half-hour episodes. No word yet if Jess Atkinson, whose company handles the production of the series, arranged a return trip to yoga class this year.
