Final: N.C. State 38, Maryland 31

RALEIGH, N.C. --- There are three games left in the season, but the year is basically over from a practical standpoint for Maryland.

There will be no bowl game, division title, any of that. Not after a 38-31 loss to N.C. State.

Lots of questions still to be answered today, including the status of Chris Turner. To be fair, Jamarr Robinson didn't look bad in the fourth quarter, especially when he was under fire in the pocket.

But 2-7 is 2-7. And it'll be curious to see what comes out of this latest loss.

More to come, but for now I'm heading downstairs for interviews.

"No bowl this year for the Terps" - understatement of the year. Anything else would have been a miracle. Jamarr has to get every single snap the rest of the season. I love Turner, I appreciate all his efforts and his at times amazing performances, but as a team we sadly have to move on. Jamarr did a great job of avoiding sacks, our line was horrible in the 4th. Turner would have been sacked half a dozen times at least. He just needs to learn to throw the ball better. Don't need a 100mph fastball on all throws.
