Mark Foley: 'Don't know why'

Former Rep. Mark Foley says he doesn't know why he sent those sordid emails to congressional pages a couple of years ago.

Um, maybe it's a control issue, as in "I can't control myself."

Or maybe it's a matter of character, as in "I have no character."

Or maybe it's just bad luck, as in "Darn the bad luck, I got caught."
