Post practice report from Redskin Park...

Not practicing: RB Clinton Portis, LB Marcus Washington, LT Chris Samuels and WR Antwaan Randle El.

Samuels and Randle El were carrying their helmets during open portion of practice, which usually means they're limited in their participaton. But coach Jim Zorn listed Samuels and Randle El as not practicing. Samuels said the did the "mental rep" thing and will work Friday. Randle El and Portis are also expected to play.

Limited practice: DT Anthony Montgomery and RB Ladell Betts. Montgomery practiced for the first time since straining his Achilles' tendon in the Pittsburgh game. "It feels a lot better," Monty said. "It's not 100 percent but we have a couple of days to get it feeling as good as it can. I was able to do some stuff so I was happy about that." Betts is expected to play.

Full practice: CB Shawn Springs and, after he missed Wednesday, LG Pete Kendall.
