McCain, Obama on ESPN at halftime

Here's more evidence how huge the NFL is in American society.

On the eve of Tuesday's presidential election, Republican John McCain and Democrat Barack Obama have agreed to one-on-one interviews with ESPN's Chris Berman via satellite from the campaign trail during halftime of the Monday Night Football broadcast. This week, of course, the game features the Washington Redskins playing host to the Pittsburgh Steelers at FedEx Field.

"...who spends that kind of vulgar money foolishly in dire times? that was enough to tell me this man is not the one to handle an economic crisis." ================== i agree of course. McCain is the one who went without earrmarks and still kept his senate career on track for 26 years. it is mcCain who is still within single digits of obama despite obama having over 600million dollars. if we are looking for someone to handle money or the economy, then clearly McCain is our guy.
