Taylor making progress

← return to Redskins 360

Defensive end Jason Taylor is walking, four days after having emergency surgery on his left calf on Monday morning. When Taylor left Redskin Park on Wednesday, he was on crutches. On Thursday, he had one crutch and had a Redskins staffer carrying a box for him. Taylor just walked out the building without crutches and carrying his own box. That's a hopeful sign that he coudl be back as soon as next week's game at Philadelphia. Also, defensive tackle Anthony Montgomery was not on hand for the start of practice. Everyone else was present and accounted for. -- David Elfin
