Edwin Williams has sunk from starting right guard last week to inactive today. Mike Williams is starting in his place.
The Redskins' other inactives are running back Clinton Portis (concussion) and cornerback DeAngelo Hall (knee), veteran defensive end Renaldo Wynn, linebacker Alvin Bowen, guard Paul Fanaika and third quarterback Richard Bartel.
