Defensive tackle Cornelius Griffin has departed with a sprained left elbow.
Griffin first suffered the injury on Oct. 4 at Tampa Bay. He missed the following week's game at Carolina but returned last week against Kansas City.
Griffin, often limited in practice the past two weeks, just returned to the sideline from the locker room. Kedric Golston, a starter last year, has replaced Griffin.
