

ESPN has the rights to the U.S. Open this year, which means you will get no columns from me about lame tape-delayed tennis broadcasts.
The Tennis Channel and CBS also have rights. Here's the general breakdown. It is worth noting that in addition to this day and evening schedule, the Tennis Channel will be showing replays, highlights and studio shows pretty much round-the-clock if there aren't any matches being played.

ESPN2 - 1 p.m.-6 p.m., then 7 p.m. until end of play.
Saturday, Sept. 5 - Monday, Sept. 7
