


The Washington Times Water Cooler spoke with Ron McDougal, husband of former New York GOP 23rd District candidate Dede Scozzafava at a Bill Owens rally in Watertown, New York. Mr. McDougal answered questions about whether his wife would switch parties and talked about her endorsement of Democrat candidate Bill Owens.
