ADVANCE FOR WEEKEND EDITIONS APRIL 23-24 - In this Thursday, April 7, 2016, photo, John Tooker used 25,755 specially ordered LEGO bricks to construct a replica of the Nebraska State Capitol, in Lincoln, Neb. He started in grad school, buying bulk bags of tan bricks when his budget allowed and piecing them together over the course of five years. John Tooker's Nebraska State Capitol now stands 3 feet tall, and consists of 25,755 bricks. It's 1/140th the size of the actual building, with Lego landscaping that's accurate down to the single bush.
