Ready to move into a new home in September or October? Centex Homes will have about 10 single-family homes available for early fall at Cardinal Crest in Woodbridge, a community of 47 homes.

Each home in this Prince William County community will be built on a lot of one-third to 1 acre, with professional landscaping, a decorative lamppost and a two-car garage. Homes are available with all-vinyl siding and brick fronts.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths, a hardwood-floored foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, a living room, dining room, family room, first- or second-floor laundry room, master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, a gourmet center-island kitchen with 42-inch cabinets and a breakfast nook, and gas heat and hot water.

Many of the options have been chosen for these homes, including walk-out basements, finished basements, room extensions, tray ceilings and sun rooms.

Basic square footage for the homes ranges from about 2,070 to 2,654 finished square feet. Home prices, which include many optional features, range from $266,225 to $305,890, and are subject to change.

The Winslow model, currently priced at $304,315 and $305,890, has about 2,654 finished square feet in the basic floor plan. This home features a two-story foyer, a study, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a spacious kitchen and breakfast room with a walk-in pantry, and a family room.

Upstairs, each bedroom has a walk-in closet, and the master suite includes a luxury bath with a soaking tub, a shower and a double vanity.

The available models include a brick front and other upgrades.
