Living near the Glenn Dale Splash Park might be a great summertime amenity, but residents of Sinclair Woods in Glenn Dale may enjoy living in the largest town homes available in this part of Prince George's County for more reasons.
Washington Homes is building 29 town houses at Sinclair Woods, each 22 feet wide and 36 feet deep.
Each home has vinyl siding with optional brick fronts.
Both models feature three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, decorative columns, a center-island kitchen, oak rails, oak cabinets, a living room, a dining room, and gas heat and hot water. Both models are available with either an English basement with windows at the front and rear of the home or a walk-out basement.
Options available include a two-or three-story sun room addition; a finished lower level with a recreation room, den and bath; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a gas fireplace; a fourth bedroom; bay windows; and skylights.
The Timberbrook model is priced from $155,990 with a walk-out basement and from $157,990 with an English basement. The Hampton is priced from $157,990 with a walk-out basement and from $158,990 with an English basement. Both have about 2,200 finished square feet, including the optional recreation room.
The Hampton model with an English basement features a first-floor entry with a powder room off the foyer, an open living room and dining room with optional columns, and a pass-through from the kitchen to the dining room. The rear kitchen has a center island and a breakfast nook.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a private bath, while two additional bedrooms share a hall bath. The optional sun room extension provides extra living space off the recreation room, kitchen and master suite.
