The lower level can be completed with a recreation room and den.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has two walk-in closets and a private bath, with an optional luxury bath. Two more bedrooms share a hall bath, and an alternate floor plan includes a fourth bedroom above the garage. Buyers can choose a two-story foyer or a one-story foyer with an additional walk-in closet for the master suite.

Options include a kitchen island, a deluxe master bath, bay windows, a finished basement, fireplaces, chair-rail and crown moldings, additional bedrooms and bathrooms, a security system and other upgrades.
