Here are some seasonal offerings on Washington area stages. Not surprisingly, there is more than one "Christmas Carol."

• Babes in Toyland: West End Dinner Theater's Christmas production for children through Dec. 30 at 4615 Duke St., Alexandria. Matinee performances. Call 703/370-2500.

• Christmas at the Old Bull and Bush: Interact Theater Company under the guidance of Artistic Director Catherine Flye recreates a Victorian-Edwardian era English pub with all the trimmings, including to-order food and drinks, as a Christmas vaudeville show. Look for familiar faces from history having a good time. At the Old Vat Theater at Arena Stage, Sixth Street and Maine Avenue SW through Jan. 7. Call 703/218-6500 for tickets.

• A Christmas Carol: A musical version at the Alden Theater, in the McLean Community Center, 2134 Ingleside Ave., McLean. Through Dec. 29 Call 202/432-7328 or 703/790-9223.
