Forest Manor, a new development of Winchester Homes near Ashburn, will have 73 single-family homes built on half-acre lots, many of which are wooded and located on cul-de-sacs. Almost 50 percent of Forest Manor will be devoted to open space.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front and entry stoop, professional landscaping, and a two-car side-entry garage.

Inside, all six models include four bedrooms; 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; 9-foot ceilings on the first floor; a gas fireplace; hardwood flooring in the foyer, powder room and kitchen; 42-inch cabinets, double-wall ovens, and a Jenn-Air gas cook top in the kitchen; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; deluxe moldings in many rooms; ceramic-tile flooring in the bathrooms; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes range in size from 2,977 to 3,316 finished square feet, with base prices from $426,000 to $464,000.

The Chelsea II model, with 3,191 square feet, is priced from $450,000. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the living room and dining room, a large two-story family room with a fireplace, a library, a powder room, and a large center-island kitchen with an adjacent breakfast area. Near the kitchen is a laundry room with a closet and access to the garage. Upstairs, the master bedroom suite includes a sitting room with decorative columns and an optional fireplace, two walk-in closets and a spacious bath with two vanity areas, a corner soaking tub and a separate shower. The second and third bedrooms share a hall bath, while the fourth bedroom has a private bath.
