Residents of Cardinal Crossing in Woodbridge, Va., will live within walking distance of the Dale City Recreation Center, and within a few minutes drive of Potomac Mills Mall. The Airston Group is building 34 single-family homes in this Prince William County community, each with a wide variety of options and custom features.

This home features a front porch with columns, a two-story foyer, a central staircase, an open living room defined by columns, a dining room, a study with bay windows and optional French doors to the living room, a center-island kitchen and a breakfast nook open to the family room.
Upstairs are four bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite includes a walk-in closet, a second closet and luxury bath.
Options available include room extensions, finished basements, bay windows, fireplaces, 9-foot ceilings, built-in bookshelves, skylights, whirlpool tubs, ceiling fans, recessed lighting, crown and chair-rail moldings, side-loading garages and other features.
