Beazer Homes is building 25 town homes at Kingsbrooke Ridge, a community in Bristow that will have 948 homes including 500 town homes. This Prince William County com-munity features natural woodlands with walking trails along streams, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, tennis courts, tot lots and an elementary school.

Each town home will have beaded vinyl siding, double hung vinyl windows, a privacy fence in the rear, and a traditional exterior with a brass kick plate on the front door and a post lamp on the front walk.

Inside, each home features three finished levels with two or three bedrooms, two baths, six-panel doors, a fully equipped kitchen with a built-in desk and a pantry, a second level laundry room, ceramic tile tub and shower surrounds in the baths and gas heat.

The Kent model, with 1,700 finished square feet, is base-priced at $134,990.

This home features an open living and dining room on the first floor, with a rear kitchen and breakfast room. Options on this level include a center island kitchen, a powder room, and bay windows in the breakfast room and living room on end unit homes.

The second level features a family room with an optional fireplace, a full bath and a home-office or third bedroom. The third-level master bedroom has the option of having a vaulted ceiling. Also on the third level are a full bath and the second bedroom. The bath can be customized with a soaking tub, a glass wall and a separate shower.

Bay windows are available for the family room and the master bedroom on end units, and alternate floor plans feature a deluxe master suite covering the entire third level, or a second full bath.

An optional triangular rear extension adds extra space to the kitchen, family room and master bedroom.
