A community pool and clubhouse are planned for Longwood, a new development in Beltsville in Prince George's County. Beazer Homes is building 40 single-family homes on sites of up to one-third acre in Longwood.
Each home will include a low-maintenance brick and vinyl exterior with Colonial trim in traditional Williamsburg colors, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.
Inside, all three models include three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the first floor, a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, and gas heat and hot water.
The homes range in size from 1,850 to 2,272 finished square feet, with base prices from $204,990 to $229,990.
The Calvert II model, with 2,272 finished square feet, is base-priced from $229,990. This home features a library off the foyer with optional double doors, an open living room and dining room with optional bay windows and an optional fireplace, a spacious kitchen and breakfast nook with an optional center island, a step-down family room with an optional fireplace, a powder room, and a laundry room with access to the garage.
The second level has a master suite with a volume or tray ceiling, a walk-in closet, a luxury bath with a corner soaking tub and optional skylights, and three more bedrooms that share a hall bath. Alternate second-level floor plans are available with a master suite built over the garage, a sitting room or a fifth bedroom. The lower level can be finished with a recreation room, den and full bath.
Options available include a finished recreation room, decks, sun rooms, patios, bay windows, upgraded cabinets, hardwood flooring, skylights and whirlpool tubs.
