Glimpses of the Chesapeake Bay are part of the charm of the Tracey's Creek development in Deale, near the Herrington Harbour Marina. Pulte Homes is building 22 traditional Colonial-style single-family homes on lots of an acre or larger placed around two cul-de-sacs.

Each home in this Anne Arundel County community will feature a slate stepping stone sidewalk, shrubs, a distinctive front elevation, an asphalt driveway and a two-car garage. Brick or stone fronts are standard on some models and optional on others.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, a two-story foyer with hardwood flooring, a family room fireplace with a brick surround, Colonial-style crown and chair-rail moldings and wainscoting in the foyer, upgraded lighting and 42-inch oak cabinets in the kitchen.

The homes range in size from 2,567 to 3,202 finished square feet, with base prices from $319,990 to $359,990.

The Barclay model, with 2,864 square feet, is priced from $354,990. This home features a library with a vaulted ceiling, a formal dining room with decorative columns off the two-story foyer, and a two-story great room with a two-sided fireplace, a wall of windows and decorative columns. To the left of the great room is a center-island kitchen with a breakfast area with a bay window, a walk-in pantry and a nearby laundry room. The first floor master suite includes a deep bay window, a dressing area with a walk-in closet and a luxury bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, a full bath and loft. Options on this model include a fifth bedroom and third full bath or a second master suite upstairs.

Options include morning rooms, Florida rooms, sun rooms and upgraded kitchens.
