Three different styles of homes are being introduced by Brookfield Homes at the active adult community of Dunbarton at Braemar in Bristow, each with a first-floor master suite. Residents will enjoy a clubhouse with a pool, tennis courts, fitness and social rooms, and other amenities at the planned community of Braemar.

Each home in this Prince William County community will feature maintenance-free vinyl siding, a brick foundation, raised panel shutters, professional landscaping, and a one-car or two-car garage. Brick fronts, screened porches and decks are optional.

Inside, all models include two to three bedrooms, two baths, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, six-panel interior doors, a white-on-white vanity and ceramic tile tub surround and flooring in the bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with 42-inch furniture finish cabinets, and gas heat.

The homes range in size from 1,508 to 2,715 finished square feet, with base prices from $199,990 to $308,990.

The Kyle model, priced from $249,990, has 1,959 square feet. This home features a columned front portico entrance, an open living room and dining room with an optional bay window, a center-island kitchen and breakfast area open to the family room, a two-car garage, two bedrooms and two baths. The master suite includes a double-door entrance, a walk-in closet and a luxury master bath with a corner soaking tub, a separate shower and a double sink. An optional second level can be added with a third bedroom with a walk-in closet, a full bath, a loft and storage space.

Options available include a basement, fireplaces, hardwood flooring, Corian counters, whirlpool tubs, handicap accessibility packages, keyless entry systems and high-tech wiring.
