Washington Homes is building 69 low-maintenance single-family homes in its Manor Series designs at Ashburn Village in Ashburn, where residents enjoy recreational amenities such as the Sports Pavilion and swimming pools and shopping in the village center.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include low-maintenance 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, brick stairs and stoops, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional, and some facades include dormer windows, front porches, gables and raised-panel shutters. Lot sizes are a minimum of 4,000 square feet.

Inside, each of the three models features three or four bedrooms; 2 1/2 baths; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; hardwood flooring in the foyer; volume ceilings; oversized windows; oversized closets; 42-inch cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; 6-by-6-inch ceramic-tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; dual-zone heating and air conditioning; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes range in size from 2,485 to 2,740 finished square feet, with base prices from $334,900 to $339,900.

The Biltmore model, with 2,740 square feet, is priced from $339,900. This home features a front porch with columns, a spacious foyer with decorative columns, a formal living room with columns or an optional study, a formal dining room, an oversized family room and a kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a center-island cooktop and a breakfast area. The breakfast nook can be expanded with a bay window or a sunroom addition.

Upstairs, the master suite has an optional tray ceiling and corner fireplace, a bath with two vanities, a corner soaking tub and separate shower, and two large walk-in closets. Options include sunrooms, finished basements, bay windows, whirlpool tubs and Corian or granite counters.
