Colvin Run Mill is located at 10017 Colvin Run Road in Great Falls. From the Beltway, take Route 7 west (Leesburg Pike). Turn right onto Colvin Run Road; the entrance to the mill will be on the left.


Open daily except Tuesday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Grounds are open year round, but the mill closes in January and February.


Free, but some events have a fee.


Tours are offered on the hour. The last tour begins one hour before closing. The fee is $4 for adults, $3 for students age 16 and older, $2 for children and seniors.


Parking is free and plentiful.


Special arrangements can be made for groups and group tours. Scout programs are available for Brownies and Junior Girl Scouts to earn badges. Call 703/759-2771 for more information.
