Pulte Homes is building 240 single-family homes and villas at River Ridge, an active-adult community in Lake Ridge. Residents enjoy a full package of amenities including lawn maintenance, a clubhouse with a health and fitness center, a library, an outdoor pool, tennis and bocce courts and walking trails.

The Radison Villa model, priced from $197,990 to $200,990, has 1,472 square feet. This home has a side-entry garage with a porch, a dining room defined by half-walls and columns, a living room, a library, a kitchen with an adjacent breakfast area, a master suite with an optional box ceiling and bay window and a luxury bath, and a second bedroom and bath.

The Thurston single-family model, priced from $239,990 to $244,990, has 1,823 square feet. This home features a spacious rear kitchen with a morning room that adjoins the family room, a fireplace in the family room, a living room, a dining room and a spacious master suite.

Options include additional bedrooms and baths, decks, patios a finished lower level, a loft with or without a bath, a sun room, additional fireplaces and a security system.
