Washington Homes is building 34 single-family homes on lots of a quarter to a third of an acre at the Vistas at Woodcliffe Park near Germantown. Buyers will be able to chose traditional, country, Colonial, Federal or New England-style exteriors and will enjoy swimming, tennis, a recreation center and walking paths within the community.

Each home in this Montgomery County development will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping with a fully sodded yard, and a two-car garage. Brick fronts and bay windows are optional.

Inside, all six models include four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 9-foot ceilings on the first floor, a hardwood foyer, a gourmet kitchen with a 2-foot room extension, a center-island cook top and 42-inch cabinets, ceramic-tile baths, a walk-in closet and luxury bath with a soaking tub and separate shower in the master suite, rough-in plumbing in the lower level and gas heat and hot water.

The homes range in size from 2,475 to 3,450 finished square feet, with base prices from $324,990 to $371,990.

The Delaware model, with 2,700 square feet, is priced from $331,990. This home features a central foyer flanked by the living room and dining room, with an optional fireplace in the living room. The oak-railed staircase is hidden behind the dining room, near the dramatic two-story family room with an optional fireplace. Nearby are the library and a powder room.

The center-island kitchen includes a breakfast nook and a pantry. Upstairs, the master suite has a double-door entrance, a large walk-in closet, a second closet, an optional fireplace and a luxury bath with a corner soaking tub. Three additional bedrooms share a hall bath, and the laundry room is located conveniently on this level.

Options include morning rooms, walk-out basements, room extensions, fireplaces, bay windows and finished lower-level recreation rooms and dens.
