It has always amazed me that the people who decry racism the loudest are the first to practice it openly. It seems to me that if you compare two groups of people, one with a variety of skin colors but who are all accountants, and another with all the same skin color but includes astronauts, truck drivers, doctors and florists, the second group has far more diversity despite the fact that they all look alike.
