PCS Homes is building 115 traditional town homes at Bayview Hills in Chesapeake Beach, a residential community with cul-de-sacs and open spaces in Calvert County. For a limited time, the builder is offering assistance toward closing costs.

Each town home will include low maintenance vinyl siding and professional landscaping, which includes a sodded yard. Some homes include a one-car garage that can be a front or rear-entry style. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all five models feature three bedrooms with three full levels, 1 1/2 to 2 baths, solid-pine stairs with oak railings, six-panel doors, Colonial trim on the baseboards and around doors and windows, ceramic tile tub and shower surrounds and cultured marble vanity tops in the bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a double-bowl stainless steel sink and a pantry, custom lighting, and a walk-in closet and private bath in the master suite.

The homes range in size from 1,160 to 1,728 finished square feet, with base prices from $124,990 to $151,800.

The Yorkshire model, with 1,728 square feet, is priced from $151,400 for an end unit with a front entry garage and $151,800 for an end unit with a rear entry garage. This home has a main level entrance with an open living room and dining room, and an open kitchen, breakfast room and family room at the rear. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a hall bath, while the master bedroom has a private bath. The lower level can be completed with a garage, a recreation room, a den and a laundry room.

Options include three-level sunroom additions, center-island and country kitchens, fireplaces, bay windows, two-story foyers, a luxury master bath, additional bathrooms, and finished lower level recreation rooms and dens.
