Each model will include a facade of stone, brick or vinyl siding, a slate steppingstone front walk, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.
Inside, all six floor plans include four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, a two-story foyer with hardwood flooring, a brick family-room fireplace, wainscoting and crown and chair-rail moldings, a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower and a center-island kitchen with 42-inch cabinets.
The homes range in size from 2,567 to 3,202 finished square feet, with base prices from $306,990 to $359,490 on 1.03-acre to 1.42-acre lots and from $331,990 to $376,990 on 3-acre to 3.25-acre sites. One 20-acre site also is available.
The Briarwood model, with 3,202 square feet, is base-priced from $351,990 to $376,990 depending on the chosen site. This model features a living room and dining room flanking the foyer, a library, a two-story family room with a decorative column, a large breakfast area, a built-in desk and walk-in pantry in the kitchen, and a mudroom and laundry room near the garage. Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. The second bedroom has a private bath, and the third and fourth bedrooms share a connecting bath.
