Each home in this Anne Arundel County community will feature a brick, stone or stucco facade, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, a sodded lawn, and a two-car or three-car garage.

Inside, all nine models include four or five bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, high ceilings on the main level, hardwood flooring in the foyer, six-panel doors, solid oak bannisters and railings, a gas fireplace in the family room, ceramic tile flooring and tub surrounds in the bathrooms, crown and chair-rail moldings, 42-inch cabinets and recessed lighting in the kitchen, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes range in size from 1,858 to 3,316 finished square feet, with base prices from $375,990 to $446,990.

The Derbyshire model, with 2,440 square feet, is priced from $417,990.
