Swimming pools, a clubhouse, tennis courts and bike paths are all available to residents of Perrywood in Upper Marlboro, where Patriot Homes is building 38 single-family homes with brick fronts.

Each home in this Prince George's County community will include an elegant pitched roof, vinyl siding in a choice of colors, paneled shutters and a two-car garage.

Inside, all eight models have four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, oak railings in the foyer, four-paneled interior doors, 9-foot ceilings on the first floor, cathedral ceilings in the master suite, an eat-in kitchen with a sliding glass door off the breakfast area and ventilated wire shelving in the closets.

The homes range in size from 2,021 to 2,705 finished square feet, with base prices from $232,900 to $278,900.

The Molly Pitcher model, with 2,702 square feet, is priced from $267,900. This home features a two-story foyer with four decorative columns and a double staircase in the center of the home. The formal dining room and formal living room flank the foyer, and a corner library includes a closet and adjacent powder room for easy conversion into a guest bedroom. Nearby is the center-island kitchen and breakfast area, along with a family room that has an optional fireplace and optional entertainment center.

This model can include a first-floor master suite with a luxury bath and huge walk-in closet in place of the library. Upstairs, the standard master suite features a luxury bath with a corner soaking tub and separate shower, a sitting area, and a step-down bedroom with a cathedral ceiling and two walk-in closets. This level includes a laundry room, a second full bath, and three additional bedrooms.

Options include sun rooms, fireplaces, finished lower levels, additional bedrooms and bathrooms, bay windows, transom windows and window seats.
